How to Cook
1) Empty the sachet of stock into a saucepan. Ensure there is sufficient headroom in the pan (it should not be filled to the brim) Put it on a low heat, and keep an eye on it while following the other instructions – it should be heated till piping hot, but not come to a rolling boil.
2) Put another pan of water on to boil.
3) Remove the noodles from the packaging and loosen them with your hands. When the pan of water has come to a boil, carefully put the noodles into the water and give them a stir.
4) Remove them after 30 seconds for Thin egg noodles,2minutes for Thick wheat noodles and drain thoroughly.
5) When the soup is ready, pour it into a bowl.
6) Add cooked noodles, toppings and enjoy!
